When carrying out maintenance and overhaul, it shall be carried out in shutdown state.
 1. Overlap occurs when paging.
 Adjust the knob of the reversing wheel so that the distance between the lowest point of the reversing wheel and the highest point of the paging belt is the thickness of the divided material.
 2. Overlap occurs during operation.
 The paging wheel or the paging belt is worn during operation. Adjust the knob of the reversing wheel clockwise until the paging is smooth.
 3. The discharge is not smooth or skewed.
 When the discharging is not smooth, adjust the width of the guide chute so that the width of the guide chute is the same as that of the divided material.
 When deflection occurs, adjusting the width of the guide chute cannot eliminate the fault, that is, the receiving wheel on the conveyor belt is deflected, so it is enough to correct the receiving wheel.
 4. Material jam during pagination.
 Loosen the material pressing wheel or adjust the elastic force of the material holding plate.
